Best service ever!!!! My garage door spring broke at 5pm the night before I was leaving to go out of town. And yes, my ride was trapped inside the garage. I have only had a spring break one other time, and it was many years ago. Needless to say it was not a good experience getting it replaced. I didn't know who to call, so I just started going down the list of repair companies they google listed. I either got a firm no to same day or no techs available for several days. Each call made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. That changed when Ryan answered the phone. He was empathetic and said he would glad to help me out same day (at this point it was now almost 6pm). Ryan cam right over and replaced my spring in no time! He made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and his customer service is the best! And to make the situation even better, his price for my late, same day, emergency repair was less than quotes I got from other companies.....

Our garage door was broken and was stuck halfway open. We messaged Legacy and within two hours our garage door was fixed! It was a Saturday but they were able to send someone out so quickly for an estimate and he was able to fix it right there on the spot. He did a fantastic job and we are so thankful!
